Applications on plain paper supported by relevant documents are invited from eligible candidates for appointment to the following post in the Department of Biotechnology, New Delhi under DST Indo-US Foldscope project (File No. MZU/BT/IN/Indo-US/Foldscope/39/2015 dt. 20/03/2018) sanctioned to the Department of Zoology, Mizoram University, Aizawl Mizoram.
Name of post : JRF (Junior Research Fellow) – One (1) post
Eligibility : M.Sc. degree in Zoology with NET qualification. Preference will be given to candidate with prior knowledge/experience in field work and molecular techniques.
Fellowship : Rs. 25,000/- p.m. consolidated
General Terms and Conditions.
- The term of service is for six months initially and may be extended for another six months. The post is purely temporary and is co-terminus with the project.
- The PI and the Institute reserve the right to terminate the engagement of the JRF at any time, if the performance is not satisfactory.
- All the Original certificates should be produced for verification
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
