- Candidates must have working knowledge of Mizo language uptp the Middle School Standard.
- Application form and detailed information can be obtained from the office of Mizoram Science, Technology & Innovation Council, Directorate of Science & Technology, Mizoram Secretariat Complex, Khatla, Aizawl (Contact : 0389-2333240 / 0389-2336159)during office hours and the duly filled application form should reach the undersigned on or before 23rd November 2016, during office hours within 28 October -20 November 2016.
