Candidates eligible are who have a degree of any Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions.
Indian citizen between 21 to 32 years can apply.

Indian Forest Service Examination 2017 Conducts Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
The number of vacancies to be filled on the results of the examination is expected to be approximately 110
Qualification :
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.
Age Limit :
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years on 1st August, 2017, i.e. he must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1985 and not later than 1st August, 1996.
Physical Standards :
Candidates must be physically fit according to physical standards for admission to Indian Forest Service Examination, 2017 as per regulations given in Appendix-III of the rules for the Indian Forest Service Examination, 2017 published in Gazette of India dated 22nd February, 2017
Fee :
Candidates applying (excepting Female/SC/ST/PH candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) for Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination are required to pay a fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit card. Applicants who opt for ‘Pay by Cash’ mode should print the system generated Pay-in-slip during part II registration and deposit the fee at the counter of SBI Branch on the next working day only. ‘Pay by Cash’ mode will be deactivated at 23.59 hours of 16.03.2017

What is the process for selection?
Candidates who meet with all eligibility criteria related to these Graduate Pass jobs will be selected on the basis of their performance in various round of selection.
The various rounds of selections are as follow:
1. First Selection will be held on Written Exam.
2. Second will be Selection on Viva –Voce Test
How much is the application fee?
Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- either by depositing the money in any branch of SBI by cash,
or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.
