4. Scale of pay : PB-I, Rs 5200-20200+2400/-

5. Qualification required :
A) NCO or
B) Home Guard volunteers not below the rank of Sergent or
C) NCO or MAP/IR Mizoram.

6. A candidate must have :
A) Working knowledge of Mizo language.
B) Diploma in computer application for 1(one) year/ CCC(+) from institution recognized by Mizoram State Council of Technical Education.

7. Age limit : Between 18 years and 35 years relaxable by 5 years in case of Scheduled Castes/ Tribe.
