4	Eligibility Criteria	From State Civil Service of State Finance or State Ministerial Service with minimum 2 years regular service, OR Office Superintendent/ Section Officer in the Central or State Govt. with a Pay Level 7 (Pre-revised scale of PB-2, Rs.9,300-34,800+GP 4,600/- pm) with 5 years regular service.
5	Upper age limit	56 years
