Walk-in Interview
NIT Mizoram, Aizawl is an Institute of National Importance conducting UG, PG and Ph.D. programmes in Engineering & Technology and Ph.D. programs in Basic Science & HSS.
It is one of the 10 (Ten) newly established NITs in the country. Applications for the post of Temporary Faculty in the prescribed format are invited from Indian Nationals possessing consistently good academic record, with commitment to quality teaching and potential for conduct of research.
Eligible candidates have to report at least one hour before the schedule time for Walk-in Interview at NIT Silchar as given below:

Other Important Information:
[1]. All qualifications, experience etc. will be recognised as on 02/07/2018.
[2]. Candidates are advised to produce all the certificates, testimonials and other relevant documents in original during the time of walk-in interview.
[3]. Candidates are advised to bring one set of self attested photocopy of the certificates and two recent passport size colour photographs.
[4]. Candidates are requested to provide their active e-mail Id/ Mobile phone number in the application form for easy correspondence.
[5]. There is no application fee and no TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
[6]. Eligible candidates have to report for walk-in interview at NIT Silchar, as per the schedule given in notification.
[7]. The candidates will be interviewed only after scrutiny of educational and experience certificates. Hence, it is advisable to bring all the original certificates.
[8]. Duration of appointment shall be for one semester, and may be extended by one more semester as per the decision of the Institute.
[9]. Legal disputes, if any, with NIT Mizoram, will be restricted within the jurisdiction of Aizawl Court only.

[11]. No. of post will be decided by the competent authority.
[12]. Canvassing in any form will result in rejection of candidature.
