Advertisement for JRF Recruitment in Department of Chemistry
Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a funded research project to work on “Cyclometalated Platinum-Based Triplet Emitter for OLED Application” in the Department of Chemistry, North Eastern Hill University, Shillong 793022, Meghalaya.
Number of Positions available : One (01).
Essential Qualification : First Class in M.Sc. (Chemistry).
Desirable:
1. UGC/CSIR-JRF/ GATE
2. Research experience in Synthetic Chemistry.
Fellowship : As per SERB norms.
Duration : Three years or up to the termination of project.
General terms and conditions:
* The position is purely temporary and initially for one year. However, it is renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum of two more years and the availability of the project fund.
* Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
* Candidates should produce original testimonials / certificates, as a proof of the details furnished in their application, at the time of interview for verification.
