Qualification : First class M.Tech. in Nanotechnology/Material Science or M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics/Material Science/ Nanotechnology.
Fellowship : Candidate with CS I R-N ET/Gate qualification will be termed as JRF and will be given 25,000+HRA (NEHU-norms) per month. Non-CSIR-NET/Gate candidate with will be termed as Research Fellow and will be given Rs. 14,000+HRA (NEHU-norms) per month.
Age Limit : Should not more than 28 years as on 31st August, 2018.
