A Society for Climate Resilient Agriculture in Mizoram (SCRAM) is a society registered under Mizoram Societies Registration Act, 2005 (Act No. 13 of 2005 bearing Registration No. MSR 882 of 23.10.2017. The Society is implementing an International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) funded project called Fostering Climate
Resilient Upland Farming Systems in the Northeast (FOCUS) Project in Mizoram, which will cover 4 Districts viz. Champhai, Serchhip, Kolasib and Mamit for 6 (Six) years. Pursuant to the agreement signed between Govt. of Mizoram and IFAD on 19th January, 2018 for the implementation of FOCUS Mizoram the State Project Director,
FOCUS, Mizoram, Aizawl intends to recruit qualified personnel purely on contractual basis for a period of 1(one) year (which may be extended upto 6 years) for Project Management Unit (PMU) at State Level, Aizawl, Mizoram and District Management Units (DMU) at implementing District Level as indicated below :-

Preference will be given to candidates possessing working knowledge of local language upto middle school level.
Maximum age limit:
35 years (relaxable by 5 years in case of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe) excluding Procurement Consultant.
