e)	Eciucational and other qualifications	Boatman 1) Passed Middle School Leaving Certificate or equivalent. 2) Proficiency in navigating and maintaining a boat. 3) Working knowledge of Mizo language upto Middle School Standard. Ward staff/Cleaner i) HSLC or above from recognized Institution. 2) Working knowledge of Mizo language atleast Middle School standard.
f)	Age limit as on the last date of submission of application form	35 yrs and not below 18 yrs upper age limit is relaxable by 5 yrs in case of candidates belonging to SC or ST
