For Motor Insurance Third Party policy, 2.5% of premium.
Incentives for agents with premium growth monitored monthly. No penalty for non-performing agents.

Nature of work:
To find customers for Motor Insurance, Fire Insurance, LPG Insurance, Property Insurance, Burglary Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Health Insurance and others.
