Walk-in Interview for JRF (Junior Research Fellow) on 3rd May, 2019 at 10:30 AM
Walk in Interview will be held for the post related to Core Research Grant (CRG) funded by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Govt. of India on the project entitled “Screening of Wild Vegetables from Leguminosae of North East India and Assessment of their Nutritional Composition and Antioxidant Properties” in the Department of Botany, Mizoram University.
*Junior Research Fellow – One (01) post.
*Essential Qualifications: M. Sc. (with at least 55% mark) in Plant/Life/ Agricultural/Horticultural Sciences or related area with preference over NET/GATE qualified candidates.
*Emoluments: @ Rs. 31,000/- pm + 8% HRA for the 1st & 2nd year and SRF @ Rs. 35,000/- pm + 8% HRA for 3rd year for the NET qualified candidates; without NET qualified candidates, it will be less.

*The post is temporary and co-terminus with project. The appointment does not confer any entitlement or right over the job and will not be considered as formal service.
*The PI reserves the right to shortlist suitable candidates.
*No TA & DA will be paid for appearing in the walk-in interview.
