Position 1 : Agriculture Technical Field Officer.
Location : Aizawl, Mizoram

Job Description :
* Collaborate with farmers in order to identify and evaluate technical requirements related to corps.
* Diagnose farmer’s crop management and production problems.
* Advise farmers in areas such as feeding, health maintenance of livestock, growing and harvesting practices, choice of inputs products etc.
* Schedule and make regular visits to farmers.
* Prepare and distribute leaflets, pamphlets and visual aids for educational and informational purposes.
* Organize, advise and participate in community activities and organizations such as fair events.
* Planning and implementing the use of pest and disease control measures.
* Train farmer on production and techniques.

Qualification :
* MSc Agri/ Horti/ Degree in Agronomy/ Plant Pathology/ Entomogy.
* Knowledge of local language and cultivation processes.

Position 2: HR Cum Documentation and Communication Officer :
Location : Aizawl, Mizoram

Job Description :
* Maintaining documentation and records of communication.
* Processing and preparing monthly project reports in MS Excel and Power Point.
* Coordinate with marketing team for communication material and events.
* Schedule and make regular visits to farmers to collect information.
* Handling Human Resource function.
* Business Plan for Producer Organizations.

Qualification :
* Degree / Diploma in Marketing / HR.
* Knowledge of local language and Computer skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills to be able to produce content.

Position 3 : Post Harvesting and Product Aggregation Officer.
Location : Aizawl, Mizoram.

Job Description :
* Conducting Post- Harvesting Training to farmers.
* Ensure aggregation for organic produce to fulfill orders in terms of quality and quantity.
* Attending marketing related enquires.
* Taking care of transport / logistics as per the orders of produce.
* Ensuring quality of goods to be dispatched.

Qualification :
* Degree / Diploma in any stream/ preference to agriculture background.
* Knowledge of local language and computer skills.
* Strong iterpersonal to be able to convince farmers.

Postion 4: Local Resource Person.
Location :
1. Hliappui Village, Champhai District.
2. Farkawn Village, Champhai District. 
3. Vanzau or Bungzung Village, Champhai District. 
4. Lallen Village, Mamit District.
5. West Lungdar Village, Mamit District.

Job Description :
* Training farmers to adopt suitable farm techniques for nutrient, usage of input products and pest management.
* Ensure smooth work related to assigned farmers certification for Organic ICS group operations.
* Maintain complete farm diaries and record farm produce. Ensure one meeting with every assigned farmer every month.
* Translate paper in local languages and support aggregation, grading and packaging of organic produce.

Qualification :
* Knowledge of farming and progressive farming techniques.
* Knowledge of English and local language, both written and spoken.
* Strong interpersonal skills to be able to assist farmers.
* 10th pass with basic computer skills.
* Should own a 2-wheeler and local commuting.
