Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the DRDO-DRL, Tezpur sponsored research project entitled "Screening of Mucuna pruriens (cowhage) and Urtica dioica
(common nettle) for their potential in causing skin irritability; at Department of Department of Botany, Mizoram University, Aizawl, Mizoram. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with project.
Position is initially available for one year, which may be extendable based on the candidate’s performance
on yearly basis.
Position: One (01 no.).
Name of the position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF).
Qualification: The applicant must have a Master’s degree in Botany/ Plant Science / Life Sciences (Plant
stream) and should have cleared CSIR-NET (Life Sciences). Candidate without NET may be considered
for the post Project Assistant.
Fellowship: INR 25,000/-pm (consolidated)
