Applications of Coaches on contract basis
Sports Authority of India invites applications in the prescribed format from eligible candidates for appointment on contract basis as Coach for an initial period of four years (subject to yearly performance evaluation) as detailed below:-
* The total vacancy are 100 out of 100 vacancies 41 (Unreserved), 27 (Other Backward Classes), 07 (Scheduled Tribe), 15 (Scheduled Caste) and 10 (Economically Weaker Section).
* Number of vacancies is indicative and SAI is at liberty to appoint Coaches based on workload.
* All the coaches presently working with SAI on contract basis shall apply afresh.
* These vacancies are not for TOPS NCOE. The same, if any, will be published separately. A Coach intent to work exclusively in TOPS NCOE need not apply.
Eligibility :
Diploma in Coaching from SAI, NS NIS, or from any other recognised Indian/Foreign University : Experience 5 years.
OR
Medal winner in Olympic/World Championship
Or
Twice Olympic Participation
OR
Olympic/ International Participation : Experience 2 years.
OR
Dronacharya Awardee
Pay :
105,000-150,000
Tenure :
4 Years and extendable in cycle of 4 years
