Designation : Jr. Research Associate. 
Number of post : 2 (Aizawl). 
Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month. 

Job Description:
 Collection, Standardization and validation of data from various documents.
 Deliver on pre-defined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and completion.
 Will work within parameters and with supervision to ensure quality and performance to set standards.
 Keep up-to-date in knowledge of content sets and build industry knowledge by understanding industry trends and reporting standards
 Ensure documentation of project related work processes, training material,  assigned activities and project completion status.
 Knowledge of Basic Statistical analysis/Analysis
 It may involve travelling within India in Urban and Rural locations. 

We expect you to have
1. Advance Excel understanding and usage.
2. Data tabulations. 

Education:
 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent; an advanced degree in a related field is welcome.
 BSc (With Mathematic as one subject), BE, BTech, MCA, MBA. 

Experience:
 Minimum: 1 year of work Experience (preferably in related field). Freshers possessing the required skills are welcome to apply.
