Position : People Director

A Multinational Education Company working across US, Europe, Africa and India is seeking a People Director; to support the human resource development and administration function for an upcoming business unit.

Job Location :- Aizawl, Mizoram.

Job Requirements
1.Six to ten years of experience across most processes that touch employee needs like contracting, employee on-boarding, payroll, benefits management, office administration, administration of off-site spaces, employee engagement, staff retention and career progression.
2.In depth knowledge of Labour laws and human resource related regulatory requirements
3.Detailed understanding of data analysis and taking business decisions based on the same.
4.Candidates with team leading experiences are preferred.
