Job description : CEO (Management) and Accountant for Farmer Producer Company and Local Resource Person (LRP).

1. CEO (Management)

Salary: INR 20000- 25000/-
Age : 25 – 35 years
Tentative Date of interview: 22.3.2023 – 31.3.2023

Key Responsibilities:
1) Assist the Board in formulation of goals, strategies, plans and policies.
2) Ensure different legal compliances like Board meeting, GB meeting, book keeping, audit, annual returns etc as directed by the Board.
3) Ensure all required reports as required by the Board and external support agencies.
4) Managing day-to-day affairs of the FPO.
5) Marketing strategies and business plan.

Eligibility:
1) Should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any subject or equivalent degree from any recognised university.
2) Adequate work experience with fluency in English & Mizo.
3) Preference will be given to candidates belonging to farmer community and local area.
4) Should be ready to travel and own any conveyance.
5) Basic IT knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Maintain proper books of account; prepare annual accounts and audit thereof; place the audited accounts before the Board and in the annual general meeting of the Members
2) Establish and operationalize different required systems in the FPO –
3) Accounting & Bookkeeping, Monitoring & MIS, Production, Marketing, Governance, HR etc.

Eligibility:
1) Should hold a Bachelor’s degree commerce or equivalent degree from any recognised university.
2) Adequate work experience with fluency in English & Mizo.
3) Preference will be given to candidates belonging to farmer community and local area.

Salary : 6000 + 2000 (travelling allowance). 
Age: 20-40 years. 
Duration: 3-6 months.  

Eligibility: 10th pass and above, Basic Computer Knowledge, must have farming experience and technical knowledge (BAT, Agri, Horti and allied subjects preferred).
Job Description: Survey, data collection and farmer mobility.
