Local is a vibrant startup from Mizoram focusing on FMCG sector.
We’re a small but highly efficient and agile team.
As we expand our operations in the North East India and we’re looking for an Operation Manager to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities for Operation Manager
– Handle and track logistics within Mizoram and out of state
– Manage finance and other payments with vendors
– Manage sales staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations of business
– Must be willing to travel within Mizoram and outside of Mizoram

Requirements
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
– graduate degree preferably Management background
– basic computer skills and internet savvy
– Self-starter and enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn
– Resourceful and can think outside the box
– need to be in office everyday
– Fluent in Hindi, English and Mizo
– Can drive 2-wheeler scooty
