Job description: CEO (Management) for Farmer Producer Company for
1. East Lungdar & Serchip RD Block – 1 Post
2. Reiek RD Block – 1 Post

Salary: Up to INR 20000 + Incentive Based on performance
Travelling expense : INR 2000/-

Key Responsibilities:
1) Assist the Board in formulation of goals, strategies, plans and policies.
2) Ensure different legal compliances like Board meeting, Governing Body meeting, book keeping, audit, annual returns etc as directed by the Board.
3) Ensure all required reports as required by the Board and external support agencies.
4) Managing day-to-day affairs such as Sales/ Marketing of the FPO.

Eligibility:
1) Should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any subject or equivalent degree from any recognised university.
2) Adequate work experience with fluency in English & Mizo.
3) Preference will be given to candidates belonging to farmer community and local area.
4) Should be ready to travel and own any conveyance.
5) Basic Computer knowledge.
6) Own Two Wheeler
7) Good Presence of Mind & Good Communication Skills
