The key expectations of the role:
1. Completion of baseline survey.
2. Monitoring and managing field staff in different district
3. Designing and set up of demo farm labs with help of Master trainer & Clover organic.
4. Ensuring training on scientific organic farming, post-harvest management, certification.
Competencies required : Knowledge, skills, attitude :
Knowledge
1. Knowledge and understanding of agricultural practices.
2. Knowledge of organic farming.
3. Experience of project management in agriculture sector.
4. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good command over local language/dialect.
6. Strong business acumen, with ability to handle negotiation and discussion.
7. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
8. Should demonstrate interpersonal skills.
The individual : (education and experience)
1. A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture.
2. Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
3. Experience in agriculture industry with exposure in government projects.
