Who we are:
Local All Natural Soda, a startup beverage company in Mizoram is looking for a Operations Manager to join their team.
We are a fast paced, dynamic, diverse team and we welcome new ideas to drive our brand forward.

We are looking for an agile team member who is willing to work off-hours and travel anywhere needed.

Location: Chaltlang, Aizawl

Job Responsibilities:
•Lead, motivate, and support team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
•Oversee materials and inventory
•Coordinate inventory and delivery of goods within Mizoram other metro cities
•Travel is required within Mizoram and other parts of India.

Job Requirements:
•2+ years of operations role
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•Computer skills such as MS Word, Excel and web-based apps.
•Work independently and track tasks.
•Has 2-wheeler.
•Language: Mizo, English and Hindi.
