Thiamna ngaite :
- Passed in CL-VIII or above from recognised Institution.
- Possessing driving licence either in light Motor Vehicle Non Transport (LMV-NT) or Transport Vehicle Medium/Heavy Motor vehicle (Regid Chassis)-Goods (TRANS) or Transport Vehicle Regid-Medium/Heavy Motor Vehicle (Regid Chassis) Public Service Vehicle-Bus(PSVBUS).
- Candidate shall pass skills test conducted by Motor Vehicle Inspector in a) driving b) Traffic Signal test c) road signs d) practical knowledge of the components and mechanism of all types of vehicles.
- Working knowledge of Mizo language at least Middle School standard.
