Qualification : HSSLC of a recognized University with a Diploma Certificate in English Stenography from a recognized institution.

Pay : Level- 06 in the Pay Matrix.
Syllabus :
A. English Stenography:
i) 80 words per minute for 5 minutes dictation given by an expert in English Stenography.
ii) 10 minutes for reconciliation.
iii) 30 minutes for typing.
iv) maximum permissible errors : 10%
Candidates who qualify themselves in the Shorthand Speed test only shall be eligible to sit in the written examination.
B. Written Examination :
General English – 100
General Knowledge – 100
C. Personal Interview – 50
Name of post : Framer.
Qualification : Class VIII Standard from a recognized School/ Institution having experience in Printing and composing for at least 5 years and working knowledge of Mizo language (Middle School standard).

Pay : Level-01A in the Pay Matrix.
Age limit : 18 – 35 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ ST).
