JOB VACANCY: COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

The Zo Inspiration Foundation is seeking a strategic, experienced leader to manage our digital presence and build our communications systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies
* Social Media Management: Lead our digital presence across all platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
* Process Auditing: Regularly review and optimize internal and external communication workflows.

Requirements
* Education: Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a professional communications or digital marketing role.
* Languages: Full professional fluency in both Mizo and English.
* Skills: Strong leadership, content creation, and a deep understanding of digital trends.

Employment Details
* Job Location: Chanmari, Aizawl
* Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
* Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and skills)
