Retail Operations & Inventory Specialist

Location : Adidas, Aizawl, Mizoram
Full-time || ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Retail Operations & Inventory Specialist to take ownership of inventory tracking, sales analysis, and ordering support for our Aizawl operations.
The role la primarily analytical, with occasional sales-floor coverage.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Store Managers and the owner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain accurate stock and sales records.
* Identify trends, stockouts, and slow-moving products.
* Prepare regular reports and recommendations for the management team.
* Support seasonal and refill ordering decisions with prior-sales analysis.
* Provide floor coverage as needed during peak periods.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Graduate (BA, BCom, BSc, or equivalent) from a collage in Mizoram.
* Diploma in Computer Applications (OCA) or demonstrated equivalent Excel proficiency.
Proficiency will be assessed in the interview.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
* Fluency in Mizo.
* Availability for full-time work, Monday through Saturday, with Sunday off.

COMPENSATION & WORKING HOURS
Monthly salary in the range of ₹15,000 to ₹18,000, based on experience and the practical assessment outcome.

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sunday off.
