Hnaruak: Sales Executive (Hardware)

💰 Salary:
* ₹13,000 per month during the first 3 months (Probation Period)
* ₹15,000 per month after successful completion of probation
* Performance-based incentives available after probation

🔧 Job Responsibilities:
* Visit hardware shops and construction sites to generate sales
* Promote company products, schemes, and offers
* Take orders and follow up on payments
* Build and maintain good customer relationships
* Submit daily visit and sales reports to the office

📋 Requirements:
* Minimum qualification: Class 12 Pass and above
* Male/Female both can apply
* Sales experience preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply
* Willingness to travel outside Aizawl when required
* Good communication skills in Mizo and English (Hindi optional)
* Two-wheeler preferred
