HEAD CHEF REQUIRED
A new hospitality project in Lengpui, Mizoram is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead kitchen operations and menu development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and develop restaurant, buffet, and banquet menus.
* Supervise kitchen operations and food production.
* Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
* Manage food costing, inventory, and procurement.
* Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
* Support pre-opening kitchen setup and operational planning.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar position in a hotel, restaurant, or banquet operation.
* Strong knowledge of menu planning, food costing, and kitchen management.
* Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
