Position: Service Experience Manager
Service centre Location: Zemabawk, Aizawl
Female Candidates Only

Responsibilities:
To lead, manage and maintain all service activities, direct all operations from front-desk hospitality and workshop workflow to post-service care.

Candidate Profile
Languages: Fluent in Mizo and English (Hindi is an advantage).

Education: Graduate (UG/PG) in any Field
(Candidates with prior experience in customer service, office management, hospitality or automotive service is an advantage)

Salary: Negotiable based on experience & qualifications
