• Manage Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp
• Track social media performance, enquiries & leads
• Maintain customer & sales databases
• Prepare reports & analyse marketing data
• Help turn digital enquiries into sales

YOU SHOULD BE GOOD IN
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Social Media & Analytics
• Comfortable with data & reports
• Creative, organised & responsible
• Willing to learn AI & digital tools
Experience in Social Media / MIS / Digital Marketing / Retail is an advantage.
