ABOUT GET MEDICAL
GET Medical is a healthcare technology platform that connects people in Mizoram with healthcare providers through convenient online appointment booking and access to healthcare services.
As we continue to expand our network of healthcare partners and introduce new services, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive awareness, engagement and growth.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Specialist who can independently identify marketing opportunities, develop effective campaigns and drive execution in coordination with the Operations team and Business Development team who will report to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The ideal candidate will take ownership of marketing initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring that new partnerships, services and business developments are communicated to the right audiences through the most effective channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management
• Identify and act on marketing opportunities arising from new partnerships, service launches and business developments.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives in coordination with other teams.
• Identify target audiences, select appropriate channels and establish campaign objectives.

Digital Marketing and Content Creation
• Design advertisements, social media content, promotional materials and other marketing assets.
• Plan and manage campaigns across relevant platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage GET Medical’s social media presence and maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Develop targeted campaigns to increase awareness, app downloads, enquiries and service bookings.

Market Research and Audience Engagement
• Identify relevant customer segments and effective ways to reach them.
• Explore online and offline promotional opportunities, including community networks, local partnerships and targeted outreach.
• Develop marketing messages tailored to local audiences and healthcare needs in Mizoram.

Internal Coordination
• Work closely with the COO and Business Development team to translate new partnerships and services into marketing initiatives.
• Take ownership of campaign planning and execution, ensuring timely follow through.
• Communicate campaign progress, performance and recommendations to the relevant team members.

Performance Monitoring
• Track campaign performance using relevant metrics, including reach, engagement, enquiries, conversions and advertising expenditure.
• Evaluate results and recommend improvements to maximise marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain a marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in marketing, digital advertising, social media management, content creation or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva or equivalent tools for creating marketing materials.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and audience targeting.
• Strong written communication, organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and campaign analytics will be an advantage. Familiarity with the Indian market and local audiences in Mizoram is desirable.
