WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
Applications are invited for the following position under G.B Pant National Institute of Himalayan Environment and Sustainable Development sponsored research project “Application of agricultural waste/forest waste biochar and organic amendments on soil nutrient recovery and carbon pool in Jhum lands of Mizoram” for a period of three years.

| Junior Project Fellow , JPF – 01 no | Rs 16,000 pm. For 1st & 2nd year as JPF and @ Rs 18,000 pm for 3 year as SPF + 8% HRA or minimum Rs 1800pm. | M.Sc in Agriculture/ Forestry/ Botany/ Environmental Science / Life Science with at least 55% marks. NET qualified candidates will be preferred. |
Interested candidates with the requisite qualifications may come for appearing the walk-in-interview along with filled in applications on prescribed format and all the original certificates in support of their qualification, experience as well as no objection certificate from the present employer, if any, and attend interview in the chamber of Professor U.K Sahoo, Principal Investigator, Department of Forestry, Mizoram University, Aizawl – 796004 (Mizoram) at 11:00am on 13th of August 2019. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates, if called for interview.
