Railway Recruitment Cell Engagement of Act Apprentices

North central Railway invites ONLINE applications from interested Applicants for engagement as Act Apprentices against the 1664 slots notified for training in the designated Trades under Apprentice Act 1961 at various Divisions, Workshops within the jurisdiction of North Central Railways (Divisions -Prayagraj, Agra, Jhansi & Jhansi workshop) for the year 2021-22.

AGE CRITERIA as on 01/12/2021 : 
The Applicants should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as on 01/12/2021

QUALIFICATIONS: 
The candidate must have passed SSC/Matriculation/10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognized Board and must have passed ITI in relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT recognized by Government of India.

FEES : 
Application fees (Non-refundable) – Rs. 100/-. 
No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/PWD/Women Applicants.

TRAINING PERIOD & STIPEND: 

Training Period: 
The selected Applicants are required to undergo apprenticeship training for a period of 01 (ONE) year. 

Stipend:
Selected Candidates engaged as Apprentices will undergo Apprenticeship training for a period of one year and will be paid a Stipend during the training at the prescribed rate as per extant rules governed by the concerned State Governments.
