Qualifications :
1. City Mission Manager :
i) Two- year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management/MBA or Masters in any other relevant discipline with 3 years of experience or Graduate from Govt. recognized institutes with 6 years of experience in Social Development work with poverty reduction programmes.
ii) The person should be Proficient with MS office; strong analytical skills.
Experience of working with government institutions will be given preference.
iii) Age Limit: Should not exceed 35 (thirty-five) years of age on the last date of application.
iv) Relaxation of upper age limit will be as per Notification No. A-36012/1/2005- P &AR (GSW) dt 03.06.2019
2. Community Organizer :
i) The candidate must have a minimum qualification of Higher Secondary ( 10+2 ) from a recognized Board and have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Social Development.
Experience of working with Govt. institutions will be given preference.
Proficiency in MS office is required should have good command on writing and speaking both English and Mizo languages.
ii) Age Limit: The person should be aged between 23-35 years.
Relaxation of upper age limit will be as per Notification No. A-36012/1/2005-P&AR (GSW) dt 03.06.2019
3. Multi-tasking Staff :
i) The candidate must hove a minimum qualification of HSLC (Class 10) from a recognized Board and have a minimum of atleast 2 years of work experience in Govt. Society/ Firm/ Association in Data Entry and related works in relevant fields.
ii) The person should be Proficient with MS office, with good documentation and reporting skills.
iii) The person should hove good command on writing and speaking both English and Mizo languages.
