Job Opening for the post General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff and operations of the Royal Enfield Dealership in Aizawl.

We require persons with :-
1. Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.

2. Experience in planning and budgeting.
Knowledge of business process and functions (Finance, Human Resources, Operations etc.).

3. English and Hindi communication skills.

4. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

5. Problem-solving aptitude.

6. Degree in Management or other relevant field. An HRM degree or experience is a plus.
