Salary: 18,000 to 25,000 (Fresher may apply)

The key expectations of the role:
1. Monitoring and managing field staff in different district.
2. Documentation and Maintain accurate & well formatted records of farmers, FPCs, CEOs and any other relevant records
3. Travelling Visiting to FPC
4. Business plan implementation.
5. Training if BODs, CEOs, Accountants and maintaining proper training records (attd sheet pictures, meeting minutes in English/ Hindi).
Competencies required: Knowledge, skills, attitude:
Knowledge
1. Knowledge and understanding of agricultural practices.
2. Experience of project management in agriculture sector.
3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Good command over local language/dialect.
5. Strong business acumen, with ability to handle negotiation and discussion.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
7. Should demonstrate interpersonal skills.
The Individual: (education and experience)
1. A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Finance.
2. Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
3. Experience in agriculture industry/ Finance Industry minimum 3years.
