The North East Initiative Development Agency (NEIDA) is looking for qualified candidate for the position of Human Resource and Admin.
Job Profile: Oversee administrative functioning of the office to ensure efficient and consistent operations as NEIDA scales its operations.
Manage the recruitment and maintain effective communication with employees at all levels, including conflict resolution.
Qualification:
• Preferably a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) or other administrative relevant fields.
• Min 3 years’ experience in a reputed organization.
