Applications are invited for filling up of the undermentioned vacant posts
under Mizoram Institute of Medical Education & Research (MIMER), Falkawn. Last date fixed for submission of application is 14.02.2019.The prescribed application forms are available in the office of Director, MIMER, Falkawn during office hours on cash payment of application fee of Rs 300 /- general category and Rs 150 /-for SC/ST/OBC applicants.

Applicants who are applying via E-mail should also submit the scanned
copy of the Bank/Demand Draft or IPO meant for application fee drawn in favour of Director, Mizoram Institute of Medical Education & Research payable at Aizawl, along with their applications. The actual Bank/Demand Draft or IPO must be produced and submitted at the time of interview.

3. Scale of Pay : PB 3 Rs 15600-39100 +AGP ` 6000 /-

4. Age Limit :
Not below 21 years and not more than 30 years. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 (five) years for SC/ST candidates.

5. Eligibility Criteria :
1) A Master’s Degree in library Science/Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% of the marks (or its equivalent grade in point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of library.
2) Basic Knowledge of Computer Application equivalent to Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) of National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) or Diploma in Computer Application/ Certificate in Computer Application from institutions recognized by Mizoram State Council of Technical Education or such other courses of the level as determined by the Government from time to time.
3) Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.

1. Relevant Documents Required to be submitted along with Application form:
1) Recent passport size photo.
2) Proof of ID – Aadhar/Voters ID/PAN Card.
3) Relevant educational marksheets and certificates.
4) Experience Certificate, if any.

2. Personal Interview: Date, time and venue of personal Interview shall be intimated for eligible candidates later on.
Candidates should bring their Original Certificates and Documents etc at the time of Interview.

Government Servant may apply through proper channel.
Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify the Candidate.
