Sales and Operations manager

Typical Job functions are listed below
–  Manage business operations and sales for 2 manufacturing industries.
–  Actively pursue sales.
–  Take orders and ensure timely delivery of products, within Mizoram and outside Mizoram.
–  Manage sales accounts.
–  Can lead promotional events.
–  Be able to summarize and analyze sales and marketing efforts.
–  Can manage to get around the city via 2 Wheeler.
–  Mange raw materials delivery and tracking of goods.
–  Willing to travel within Mizoram and outside Mizoram as needed.
–  Proactively help operators to fix machines and connect them to the right technicians and stores.
–  Ensure licenses and documents are in place.

Skills: drive 2 or 4 wheelers, MS office fluent (especially Excel), internet savvy. 

Language: Hindi, English and Mizo. 

Soft skills: strong communications skills, organized, proactive, quick thinker, analytical, friendly, independent. 

Degree: College graduate.

Working hours: typically 9am-5pm.

Pay: 10k + depending on experience.
