a) High Second Class (55% and above) Master Degree in English subject from a recognized University.
b) Working knowledge of Mizo at least Middle School Standard.
c) CCC of NIELIT or DCA/CCA approved by MSCTE, Government of Mizoram.
d) Desirable : B.Ed
Assistant :
a) Graduate of any recognized University
b) Working knowledge of Mizo at least Middle School Standard.

Upper Division Clerk (UDC) :
a) Graduate of any recognized University

Age limit :
Between 18 yrs and 35 yrs relaxable by 5 (five) years for ST/SC candidates.

Rs 150/- (in cash) for ST/SC and Rs 200/-(in cash) for General category.
