Pharmaceutical Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the pharmaceutical sector.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
Maintain proper stock count, check product expiry dates and ensure all products are in good condition.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
REQUIREMENTS:-
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of working experience in any field
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market trends
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Willingness to travel as needed
Strong organizational and time management skills
SALARY: ₹20,000 – 35,000 (Based on efficiency and experience)
