Genesis Enterprise is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance & Accounts to lead our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth with data-driven insights.
The selected candidate will work closely with management across our Appliances Division, Cooling Division, and Motorcycle dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Accounts and ensure GST, Balance Sheet and statutory compliance.
• Apply strong knowledge of accounting standards in reporting.
• Evaluate financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Conduct and support internal/external audits.
• Provide financial insights for planning and growth.

Qualification & Skills:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of GST and statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.

Location: Lunglei (Head Office) – with coordination for Cooling Division, Aizawl.
