Eligibility & Requirements
1. Open to both male and female candidates
2. You must hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related fields
3. You should have at least 2 years of prior experience in relevant work
4. You need strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
5. You must be willing to travel to field locations as necessary.

Working Conditions
1. Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible as per project needs)
2. Job Location: Aizawl, Mizoram
3. Contract Duration: 1 year, extendable based on your performance and improvement
