SALES & MARKETING MANAGER:
QUALIFICATION:
• 2 years work experience in the same field
• Able to think creatively and produce innovative solutions

KEY SKILLS:
• Leadership and communication: Ability to guide and motivate a team, and clearly communicate expectations.
• Analytical skills: Strong ability to interpret sales data, forecast, and use analytics to make informed decisions.
• Strategic thinking: Capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, negotiation, and problem-solving
• Stress management: Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

SALARY:
• 15-25K Per Month + incentives

SALES ASSOCIATE:
QUALIFICATION:
• At least 1 years work experience in the same field
KEY SKILLS:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Flexibility to work various task.
SALARY:
• 8-10K per Month + incentives
