Public Health Engineering Department, Mizoram invites applications for various vacant posts to be filled by Provisional Employees. Interested candidates may apply online through recruitment.msegs.in till 13.03.2026 (Last Date of Submission).
The application fee is ₹150/- for SC/ST/OBC categories and ₹200/- for General Category, which must be paid online at the time of submission.
However, Persons with Disability (PwD) applicants are exempt from paying the application fee.
A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 35 years of age on the last date of application (i.e 13.03.2026).
Age Relaxation shall be considered as per DP&AR(GSW) OM No.A-12011/1/2019-P&AR(GSW) Dt. 3.6.2019.
Post Name : Analyst(Lab)

Qualification :
i) HSSLC(Science) with Chemistry and Biology or HSLC with at least 2(two) years Diploma in
Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized Institute.
ii) A Candidate must achieve a minimum score in the qualifying test of Mizo Language Proficiency
as prescribed by the Govt. from time to time.(A Candidate who studied Mizo Subject in Class-X

iii) Basic knowledge of computer application equivalent to course on Computer Concepts
(CCC) of National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) or other

48 hrs)] or its equivalent and above as may be determined by the Government from time to time.

Qualification :
i) Certificate in Mechanic course of a recognized Institutions OR Practical experiences in
Workshop 5 years with minimum qualification of Class-VIII

with Practical experience in a Workshop of standing for at least 5 yrs. Experience OR
iii) ITI passed having wireman licence with 1yr practical experience OR Wireman licence
holder with at least 3 yrs experience.
iv) A Candidate must achieve a minimum score in the qualifying test of Mizo Language
Proficiency as prescribed by the Govt. from time to time.(A Candidate who studied Mizo Subject

Qualification :

ii) Working knowledge of Mizo language at least Middle School standard.

Existing Government Employees must submit their applications through the proper channel.
The written examination for these various posts for Serial No.1 to 5 will be conducted
simultaneously for a period of two days.
The venue, and the schedule for the Written Test will be intimated in due course.
