Property: Mizotel Hotel, Chanmari, Aizawl
* Salary: 10,000 to 15,000
* Salary increment: Review at 3 months then every 6 months
* Performance bonus: Taste consistency, hygiene, punctuality, etc.

* Probation period : 3 months
CANDIDATES MUST BE NON-DRINKERS
Qualifications:
* 1–3 years experience in a kitchen (hotel, restaurant, or homestay)
* Able to cook basic–intermediate Indian dishes (e.g., chicken curry, dal, sabzi, rice, roti)
* Basic understanding of spices, gravies, and cooking methods (frying, sautéing, boiling)
* Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
* Physically fit
* Punctual, disciplined
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook daily meals (chicken curry, veg dishes, dal, rice, etc.)
* Ensure consistent taste, portion size, and presentation
* Handle basic prep work (cutting, marination, cleaning ingredients)
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times
* Manage stock usage and minimize wastage
* Clean kitchen equipment and workspace after use
