FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE / RECEPTIONIST

A new hotel project in Lengpui, Mizoram is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Front Office Executive / Receptionist as part of its pre-opening recruitment programme.

Number of Vacancies:
* 2 Positions

Expected Joining:
* September–October 2026 (Subject to Project Requirements)

Key Responsibilities:
* Guest check-in and check-out
* Reservation handling
* Telephone and WhatsApp enquiries
* Guest assistance and information services
* Billing and administrative duties
* Coordination with Housekeeping and other departments

Requirements:
* Class XII or above
* Basic computer knowledge
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in Mizo is essential
* Working knowledge of English and Hindi will be considered an advantage
* Hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory
* Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Preference:
* Female candidates are encouraged to apply
* Suitable male candidates will also be considered
