The Sports & Youth Services Department hereby invites eligible candidates for the
engagement of 3 (three Drivers on a Casual Basis for a period of 6(Six) months at a remuneration of ₹570/- (Rupees five hundred seventy) only per day for 1 Mizo Air Squadron NCC, Aizawl.
1. Date of walk-in-interview: 24th July, 2026
2. Time: 10:30 AM onwards
3- Venue: Office chamber of the Director, Sports & Youth Services, MINECO
4. Eligibility Criteria:
-Valid Driving Licence for Light/ Heavy motor vehicle (as applicable)
-Age: 18-35 years as on the date of the walk-in-interview. Age relaxation shall be as per Government rules.
-Physically and mentally fit to perform driving duties.
-Preference may be given to candidates having experience in driving
Government vehicles.
5. Documents Required : Candidates must bring the original document along with one set of self attested photocopies of –
* Valid Driving Licence.
* Proof of age (Birth Certificate/HSLC Certificate)
* Educational Qualification, if any.
* Aadhar Card or other valid Photo Identity Card.
* Experience Certificates, if any.
6. Selection Process will consist of –
* Verification of documents.
* Driving skill.
* Personal interview.
Note :
1. Candidate for driving test must report themselves at Establishment-I, Sports & Youth Services on 23d July, 2026 from 10:00 A.M onwards.
2. The engagement is purely temporary and on a casual basis for 6(six) months only. It shall not confer any right to regular appointment or extension beyond the approved period. The decisions of the Selection Committee shall be final.
