Local All Natural Soda is one the fastest growing beverage company based in Aizawl. We’re looking for an driven, organized, tech-savvy Office Manager to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly as we scale.

About The Position
The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and ensure the office runs efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with technology, and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a small, growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Maintain records, files, and documentation (digital and physical)
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Support basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Assist with HR tasks: onboarding, attendance tracking, and staff coordination
- Liaise with local suppliers and distributors for raw materials and packaging
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and customer/vendor inquiries
- Ensure the office and any on-site facilities are well-maintained and compliant with local regulations
- Support leadership with reports, data entry, and general administrative projects
Requirements
Must-Have
- Strong computer skills — proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel/Sheets, Email, Calendar); comfortable learning new software tools quickly
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Mizo and English)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping/budgeting
Preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative, office coordination, or operations role
- Experience with small business or food/beverage industry operations
- Familiarity with inventory or supply-chain coordination
- Experience with basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Knowledge of local vendor networks in Aizawl/Mizoram
