Functional Analyst – Product Presentation & System Analysis

We are looking for a clear-thinking and confident communicator to join our team as a Functional Analyst.

This is not a deep technical role. The most important part of the job is presenting the product and system clearly to stakeholders. You will also analyse systems, identify gaps, define features, write requirements, test functionality, and support continuous improvement.

### What You Will Do

– *Present the product* clearly and confidently to management, users, and stakeholders (this is the top priority)
– Analyse existing systems and identify faults, gaps, and improvement opportunities
– Define new features and turn them into clear requirements
– Write structured Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that developers can work from
– Perform functional testing of developed features
– Prepare clear reports and documentation to support the next iteration

### Who We Are Looking For

Must-have:
– Strong presentation and communication skills
– Ability to understand and explain system flows simply
– Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
– Clear written communication (ability to write structured documents)
– Willingness to learn functional testing and requirement writing
– Ready to work long hours when required
– Comfortable working both in a team and independently
– Any graduate

Experience:
– Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
– 1 year of experience in analysis, support, operations, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory

Not required:
– Deep coding or technical development knowledge

### What Matters Most
You must be able to stand in front of people and clearly explain how a system works, what problems it solves, and what needs to improve.
